What counts as a "minute" on the Missed Calls plan?

A minute is 60 seconds of active AI call handling, the time the system is live on the phone with your caller. SMS messages and follow-up texts don't count toward your minutes. Your dashboard shows usage in real time so you always know where you stand.

What happens if I go over 100 minutes on missed calls?

Overage is billed at $0.25 per minute and added to your next invoice. You'll see your usage building on the dashboard before it becomes an issue, no surprise charges at the end of the month. Most small businesses don't hit the limit.

What counts as a confirmation call on the Appointment Confirmation plan?

Each outbound AI call to a patient counts as one confirmation call, whether they answer or not. If a call goes unanswered and we send an SMS backup, that counts as one confirmation call. 100 calls covers roughly 5 appointments per day for a 20-working-day month.

What is the overage rate on Appointment Confirmation?

$0.15 per confirmation call over the 100 included. If you have a busier month, a seasonal spike, a new provider joining the practice, you pay exactly $0.15 for each extra call and see it line-itemed on your invoice.

Why is Quote Follow-Up unlimited but the other products have limits?

Quote follow-up runs entirely on SMS, the cost per sequence is low enough that we absorb it and pass the benefit to you with no cap. Missed call handling and appointment confirmation use AI voice calls, which have a real per-minute cost on our end. We price it transparently so you always know what to expect.

Can I start with one product and add more later?

Yes. Most customers start with the product that solves their most urgent problem, see the result in the first month, and add a second or third. Each product runs independently, adding one doesn't change how the others work, and there's no new contract when you add a product.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee on any plan. Onboarding is included. We configure everything with you and most businesses are live within a week.
